About Us

South Ridge is a peaceful, attractive community of 170 homes in the heart of Brandon, Florida, close to the Westfield Brandon Shopping Center (mall), I-75, the Crosstown Expressway, Brandon Regional Hospital, and a wide variety of dining, banking, shopping options.  Nearly every home in South Ridge is located on a lakefront or conservation lot, which gives homeowners both privacy and a view of nature you won't easily find elsewhere.
South Ridge is a deed restricted, no solicitation community. We have a wonderful mix of families, singles, and retirees who actively maintain the appearance and safety of the neighborhood. Homeowners can participate in the Neighborhood Watch program, volunteer for the architectural review committee, or help put up community holiday decorations at our entrance. Our Neighborhood Watch program reacts swiftly and is active in helping to deter crime at all levels. The HOA board works diligently to ensure the community is well-maintained, homeowners are kept informed, and questions are quickly answered.
Homes in South Ridge were built by Pulte Homes in 2000-2001. All homes are single-story with 3 or 4 bedroom plans, 2 bathrooms, 2-car garages, ranging in size from 1505-1965 sq. ft. South Ridge offers low annual HOA dues and no CDD's. Click here to review our community information sheet.
