Our cooler temps have made it much easier to identify weeds in lawns recently.  If you have noticeable brown patches of dead grass and/or weeds, it's important that you attend to these before McNeil Management sends a violation letter.  Our governing documents require homeowners to maintain their properties to a certain minimum standard.  Dead patches, weeds, and bare dirt are not acceptable standards for any lawn in South Ridge!  It impacts your property value as well as your neighbors.
