This week, multiple county and local agencies confirmed that the areas around some of our ponds require additional maintenance. You will notice crews trimming back overgrowth and treating areas in and around our ponds over the next 4-6 weeks. This maintenance allows our landscape company, Sharpescapes, and our pond maintenance company, Aquatic Systems, to access all areas around the ponds to ensure proper drainage away from our properties.
