St. Augustine grass will stay green all year long with a little care including regular watering and fertilizer treatment plus weed control.  An early cold snap has already revealed weeds in lawns by turning them brown.  Please remove weeds from all areas (including plant beds and in cracks in driveway/sidewalk) regularly.  Bare areas of lawn must be resodded to maintain minimum community standards at all times.
