The HOA Board approved the 2018 budget with no changes, so our semi-annual assessments will remain the same. Homeowners will receive a copy of the approved budget. New coupon books for the January and July 2018 payments have been mailed to all homeowners. If you have not received your coupon book by the first week in December, please contact McNeil Management to ensure your January 1 payment is made on time.
