The pre-approved paint chart for exterior home colors has been updated this month.  New colors have been added for body and garage doors; trim must remain white or off-white; door colors are flexible.  Owners may request a body color not on the chart by painting a 1'x1' swatch on their home for consideration after they submit an ARC request.  Use the links on the left to see the new chart and to print forms.
