McNeil Management regularly mails violation letters to properties with issues both big and small in need of corrections. During the month of February the board has asked them to pay special attention to homes in need of repainting, lawns in need of resodding, and fences in need of repair/replacements. The timing coincides with both tax refund season and warmer weather as needed. Please inspect the exterior of your property and attend to all maintenance issues on a regular basis. If you need to make improvements you can print our Alteration Application form from our website under the "Forms" tab. All improvements must be approved prior to work beginning.
