Street Parking Concerns

Street parking is an ongoing concern in communities with public streets. However, homeowners may report specific concerns to HCSO at their non-emergency number, 813-247-8200, when needed. Here are some laws drivers must obey: 
  1. Do not park near stops signs or in front of fire hydrants.
  2. Do not park across from another vehicle on the street and leave less than 12' of road space available for emergency vehicles.
  3. Do not park facing the "wrong way" on the street - you must park in the direction of moving traffic. 
  4. All vehicles must obey speed limit signs.
  5. All vehicles must be properly licensed and registered.
