This is a great time of year to get out and plant some new flowers, re-sod dead patches of your lawn, repaint your home, replace your fence, or any number of home improvement projects!  As a reminder, changes to the exterior of your home and property require an Architectural Change Form to be submitted, reviewed and approved by the Board prior to any changes to your property.  The process is as quick and easy as we can make it, so please click on the form (above or on the left side bar), print it, fill it out, and submit it to McNeil Management approximately 30 days before any planned changes.  Your board thanks you!
