Following HOA Rules
Posted on Apr 17th, 2016
All homeowners are reminded that we are governed by deed restrictions on the outside appearance of our homes and property. This maintains the value of our homes and ensures that neighbors live in a pleasant community. Some examples of common violations that must be corrected:
- Basketball hoops must be stored out of view when not in use; all sports equipment, personal items, landscape tools, etc. must also be stored out of view.
- Commercial vehicles, including cars/trucks/vans with lettering must be stored in the garage or outside the community. Short visits home for lunch breaks or other personal business are permitted, but such vehicles may not be left in view.
- Trash cans and recycle bins must be stored out of view except when at the curb for pick up.
- All weeds must be removed from lawn, plants beds, and cracks in sidewalk and driveway.
- All exterior items, from the roof of your home down to the ground, and all other surfaces including landscape edging, mailboxes and posts, fencing, etc, must be kept clean and free of stains or damage.
