Residents will notice maintenance, clearing, and vegetation removal occurring around South Ridge ponds in the coming weeks. This work is required as a result of a recent inspection to pass our SWFWMD inspection. Crews are permitted to access these areas over drainage easements on the sides and rear of your property. You may refer to your lot survey to see where these easements occur. Please don't disturb work crews while they perform their necessary duties.
