Semi-annual assessments were due by July 1st.  If you have not yet paid your HOA dues, please contact McNeil Management immediately at (813) 571-7100 or by email at management@mcneilmsi.com to request a delay of payment.  Once your account is sent to the attorney for collections, hundreds of dollars in fees will be added to your account. 

 

The next semi-annual assessments will be due January 1, 2016.  Coupon books will be mailed to all homeowners in December.
