The Behr exterior color charts for our pre-approved paint list has been updated because Behr changed the names and numbers of all the colors. You can find a list of the new paint color names and numbers under our "Forms" tab on the left. The Board also approved a Sherwin Williams pre-approved paint list of the same color options. Homeowners may use any brand of paint they prefer, but the colors must match the pre-approved list. You must submit an Alteration Application and receive written approval prior to painting your home.
