The next HOA Board meeting will be held Tuesday, June 3, 2026, at 6:30pm at the Bloomingdale Library. All homeowners are welcome to attend. (Meeting date and location subject to change with notice.)
Tuesday, June 9th
The ARC will meet approximately every 30 days to review all submitted applications. Meetings are scheduled via Zoom on the first Tuesday of every month at 3:00pm.
All applications submitted prior to a scheduled ARC meeting can be placed on that meeting’s agenda. If the application requires on-site review or additional information, it may be postponed to the next meeting. Additional meetings may be scheduled when needed. Click here for full details.
