Upcoming Events

The annual South Ridge HOA Budget Meeting will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 6:30pm at the Bloomingdale Library. All homeowners will receive a mailed notice prior to the meeting and are welcome to attend. (Meeting date and location subject to change with notice.) Monthly ARC meeting to follow budget meeting. 

The ARC will meet approximately every 30 days to review all submitted applications, unless the meeting date coincides with a Board meeting. The ARC meeting will occur after the board meeting in those instances. The September 1 meeting will be held in person after the Board meeting at 6:30pm. ARC meetings are scheduled on the first Tuesday of every month. 
 
All applications submitted prior to a scheduled ARC meeting can be placed on that meeting’s agenda. If the application requires on-site review or additional information, it may be postponed to the next meeting. Additional meetings may be scheduled when needed.
