South Ridge is a peaceful, attractive community of 170 homes in the heart of Brandon, Florida, close to the Westfield Brandon Shopping Center (mall), I-75, the Crosstown Expressway, Brandon Regional Hospital, and a wide variety of dining, banking, shopping options. Nearly every home in South Ridge is located on a lakefront or conservation lot, which gives homeowners both privacy and a view of nature you won't easily find elsewhere.
South Ridge is a deed restricted, no solicitation community. We have a wonderful mix of families, singles, and retirees who actively maintain the appearance and safety of the neighborhood. Homeowners can participate in the Neighborhood Watch program, volunteer for the architectural review committee, or help put up community holiday decorations at our entrance. Our Neighborhood Watch program reacts swiftly and is active in helping to deter crime at all levels. The HOA board works diligently to ensure the community is well-maintained, homeowners are kept informed, and questions are quickly answered.

South Ridge is located off Kings Ave. (south of Hwy 60 between Lumsden and Bloomingdale Ave.) and is central to an extensive number of retail stores, restaurants, schools, parks, banks, churches, medical offices, and Brandon Regional Hospital. From I-75, head east on Hwy 60 (Brandon Blvd) then south on Kings Ave. From Hwy 301, head east on Bloomingdale Ave., then north on Kings Ave.
